Barty
Introducing Barty, one of a litter of 7 golden retrievers we rescued in the fall! Like all goldens, Bart has never met a stranger, he LOVES everyone he meets and every animal is a potential playmate! He is a gorgeous blond ray of sunshine and sweet as pie!!
Bart is being fostered on a 5 acre rescue farm where he lives happily with a family, kids, multiple other dogs, cats, birds, goats, donkeys and a llama. He loves to romp and play with the other dogs and doesn't mind our NW weather one bit - little bit wet, little bit muddy - it's all OK with Bart!
In fact, we believe that Bart-y will require another dog in his adoptive home to be his best self and be happiest.
Did we mention that Bart loves other dogs? Wrestling, playing, running in the yard are his favorite activities!! However, due to Bart's slow growth early on, he will certainly be your walking buddy, hiking trails, etc...but he won't be a running partner to prep you for your half marathon or a 10 mile round trip mountain conquerer. What he will be is your best friend, constant companion and snuggle buddy!
Juni
Meet sweet Juni, our gorgeous standard poodle survivor mama. Juni was released by her breeder owners due to small litter size this winter. Underweight, covered in mats and torn up skin, she had to be shaved to the skin to remove them all, still was so happy to be with people, wagging her tail and showing joy. Now, healed up, spayed and back up to a healthy weight - Juni is ready for all the best life has to offer.
Despite her poor treatment at the hands of her former owners, Juni is gentle, and regal, intentional with her desire to please and get love in return!! She shouldn't be the amazing girl she is, but she absolutely sparkles on every level!!
Juni is great in the car, has great manners on a leash, Has been great with other dogs, but we believe she would be happy as an only dog also. She would like to be a lap dog! Juni is happy to have toys now, and loves to collect them in her bed.
This queen deserves a life of all the best and she will give it exponentially in return. Standard Poodles - such good dogs - affectionate, smart, highly trainable, protective of their people, playful; face it, the perfect dog companion. Who needs a doodle when you have an OG standard poodle like Juni!
Butter
Who doesn't want more BUTTER? Such a darling pup, Butter is playful and engaging, wants to be with his people!! Butter is a world class snuggler and ready to be your best friend!
A cross between Pekinese and Min Poodle, these energetic pups are engaged, charming and more than adorable. Who doesn't want more Butter (even better with brother Scotch!) in their lives!
Both breeds are fantastic in their own right, this cross brings out the best of the traits of both. They get their intelligence from their poodle parent and their attitude from their Pekingese parent. The combination makes for one interesting pup. are considered medium maintenance dogs.
Scotch
Meet SCOTCH, named for his slightly darker but equally beautiful coat! This guy is all personality and charm, cute and playful and also ready to be your best snuggle buddy!!

There is a reason the Corgi was the Queens favorite and immensely popular in the US as well. A member of the herding group of dogs, Checkers will like regular activity, training and keeping his family close.
Lisa Simpson

Mt. RAINIER
Hey - you lookin' at me? My name is Rainier - and like the mountain, I'm solid, blocky and gorgeous!
Rainier is a gorgeous light cream yellow Labrador puppy! Ready for any adventure, friendly and sweet! Rainie is ready to bond with his forever family or person and will reward that lucky family with devotion, love and laughter every day!
Now about 4 months old, Rainier is learning about living within a family, kids, cats - farm animals , bring 'em on! This boy gets along with everyone!! Just rub those velvet ears and you will be his person for life!
Rainier has had his first and second rounds of puppy vaccines but will need his third and final round upon going home to his new family as well as the rabies vaccine by 6 months of age.
Mt. STUART
Stuart is a gorgeous blocky-headed cream yellow Labrador puppy! Super silly, friendly and built for adventure - especially if it involves water! Stuart is ready to bond with his forever family or person and will reward that lucky family with devotion, love and laughter every day!
Now about 4 months old, they are learning about living within a family, kids, cats - farm animals , bring 'em on! This boy gets along with everyone!! Belly scratches - PLEASE!

Mt ADAMS
Adams is a beautiful light creamy yellow lab and he is ready to ROCK your WORLD!! Actually he's super fun, playful and oh soooo sweet! Loves people, kids, cats, farm animals and his foster family life and getting his outdoors on!
Like his brothers, Adams is ready for any adventure, walk in the park, hike up that peak, swim in the lake, chill and binge Netflix - whatever it is, he will be your best friend doing it together with you! Adams is ready to bond with his forever family or person and will reward that lucky family with devotion, love and laughter every day!
Now about 4 months old, Adams gets along with everyone!! Looking for love is his game and whoever takes him home will find out they have won the lottery of his love and devotion forever!

ABY - ready for her FUREVER home!
It is truly time for Aby to find her FUREVER HOME – she is ready for a family to call her own. She's so excited going for walks and loves human interaction, hugs and cuddles. Aby loves sleeping on the bed and a warm blanket over her at night.
Aby has completed her full 4 weeks of boarding to stabilize her former reactive behavior. James Tsai of the Arf Arf Bark Bark Rescue Foundation says he has been “so delighted to have the honour of working with Miss Aby!”
Aby is a female Weimaraner and approximately 5 years old and 70 lbs. THer head and body show scars from her previous life of abusive breeding and starvation, her front teeth were pulled and her canines were ground down, so she couldn't defend herself from humans and male dogs. This was the beginning of her reactive defensive behavior, yet, she has come so far from her past!
Aby has received a clean bill of health and a dental exam prior to entering the US. and will receive a final checkup with our vet prior to adoption.
The best home for Aby would be a mature family or single person to give her all the love and attention she deserves. Dog intros will be required, but with her training, she has learned to accept other dogs.
Aby is still a bit rambunctious on leash since she's not used to it but she's adjusting. Sometimes, in public, she is afraid of certain types of people, through behavior resets, she has been able to overcome these fears.
Her trainer will provide virtual or in person sessions to be included with her adoption to learn the techniques he has been using to help Aby with her fears.
Pacific Rim Rescue will transport Aby anywhere in the United States via one of our board members – to the right adoptive home. Though, if there is a wonderful, kind and compassionate adopter or foster in Vancouver, Canada or Washington, Oregon or Idaho – even better!
